Bremen, Part 1
Bremen (2015) is Kenshi Yonezu's third album, warmer and more band-driven than Yankee, with songs about leaving town, keeping promises and holding on to people. This first half covers the opening seven tracks, from "Unbelievers" through "Undercover". The vocabulary is the everyday Japanese that carries those stories: verbs like 背負う, 過ごす and 抜け出す, adjectives like 懐かしい and 心地いい, and nouns like 約束, 運命 and 冒険.
