CEREMONY, Part 1

CEREMONY (2020) is the album with Hakujitsu on it. Doron is a song about being shut out and carries the idioms for it - 蚊帳の外, 面の皮, 取り繕う, 期限付き - Humor works in precarious balance (悪あがき, 綱渡り, 裏腹, 胸騒ぎ), and Hakujitsu supplies the quiet register the band is best known for: 知らず知らず, 降り頻る, 地続き.
