Attacca

Attacca (2021) takes its name from the musical instruction to go straight into the next movement without a pause, and the mini album is about love that will not slow down. The title track Rock with you is a headlong confession, while the unit songs range from a balloon about to pop with feelings to a snowed-in farewell. The vocabulary covers being pulled toward someone, nervous anticipation, small everyday happiness and missing a person after they have gone.
