10 Years 10 Songs, Part 2
The second half of the re-recordings holds the band's songs of absence. Soramado is written from a home nobody could return to - 故郷, 宙ぶらりん, 後ろめたさ, 遠ざける - Kakurenbo turns hide-and-seek into a decade of grief, and Aitai says the same two syllables until they mean something. Plain, high-frequency vocabulary throughout.
