About these sets

Creation. 創作 (2021). Spring Thief is Yorushika's best-known song and its vocabulary is entirely seasonal - 高架橋, 億劫, 花見, 春吹雪, 泥棒 - while Eat the Wind runs on shop language (値引き, 閉店, 売れ残る, 半額) and Robber and Bouquet on the small print of ordinary life: 生活圏, 徒歩, 定休日.

Plagiarism, Part 2. The second half of 盗作, including Ghost in a Flower. Escape is one of the best summer-scene lyrics in Japanese and reads like a vocabulary list of the season - 畦道, 入道雲, 誘蛾灯, 蜩, 軒先 - while Thoughtcrime supplies the album's darkest register: 呪う, 包丁, 研ぐ, 街路灯.

Plagiarism, Part 1. 盗作 (2020) is a concept album narrated by a music thief, and it opens with the vocabulary of envy - 器量, 才覚, 妬ましい, 嫉む, 浅ましい, 心根. Bomber is its loudest track (爆弾, 爆破, 翳す), and Flower and Badger Game is a morning-after scene full of ordinary household nouns: 洗面台, 化粧水, 二日酔い.
