I love
I love (2022) is the mini album fronted by Nxde, a jazzy title track that mocks the public gaze on a woman who refuses to perform for it. Around it sit a breezy song about thriving after a break-up, a raw confession of still missing someone, a lover who lets herself be carved into shape, and a dark secret affair. The vocabulary runs from stage and public-opinion words to the language of break-ups, self-sacrifice and hiding things.
