Last Fantasy, Part 2
The back half of Last Fantasy (2011) turns inward: a girl waiting for a phone call she is too proud to make, a stray dog asking to be taken home, and an insomniac counting headlights at four in the morning. The vocabulary is mostly plain feeling-words — feeling lonely, being let down, losing your nerve — the kind that come up constantly in ordinary conversation.
