Letter To Myself
Letter To Myself (2024) is TAEYEON's sixth mini album, and its title track is a letter to her younger self: the words she swallowed for years, finally written down clumsily but honestly. Around it sit a dizzy song about falling apart together, a dive into someone's blue eyes, a walk through an unfamiliar city, a face that no longer looks like one's own, and a love the singer knows is a disaster. The vocabulary covers scars and self-expression, city scenery, and the words for things breaking, spreading and ending badly.
