Rising Sun, Part 1
The first half of TVXQ's 2005 second album, the record that turned them from a rookie group into a phenomenon. Tonight and Beautiful Life are warm and domestic, the title track Rising Sun (순수) is a furious song about rage, atonement and holding on to innocence, and 바보 and 내가 허락할 테니 are two of the group's best-known break-up ballads. Expect vocabulary for strong feeling: passion, despair, hesitation and letting go.
