Armageddon, Part 1
Armageddon, aespa's first full-length album from May 2024, pairs cosmic spectacle with confrontation. This first half covers the double title tracks "Supernova" and "Armageddon" alongside "Set The Tone", "Mine" and "Licorice", so the vocabulary runs from stars, cells and chaos to the shadows and nightmares of "Mine" and the sweet-sour infatuation of "Licorice". Expect explosive verbs, fear and thrill nouns, and a good stock of everyday adjectives for describing how something feels.
