MY WORLD

MY WORLD is aespa's third mini album, released in May 2023 and led by the flirtatious single "Spicy". Its six Korean-bearing tracks move from the dreamlike border-crossing imagery of "Welcome To MY World (Feat. nævis)" and the sweet-and-poisonous cooking metaphors of "Salty & Sweet" to the water imagery of "Thirsty" and the social-media exhaustion of "I'm Unhappy". This set collects the descriptive verbs and adjectives that carry those moods, plus the warm farewell vocabulary of the closing ballad "'Til We Meet Again".

압도하다	to overwhelm, to overpower	그 사람의 자신감이 우리를 압도했어.That person's confidence overwhelmed us.
휘젓다	to stir, to swirl around	컵에 설탕을 넣고 천천히 휘저었어.I put sugar in the cup and stirred it slowly.
스며들다	to seep in, to soak in gradually	따뜻한 향이 방 안에 스며들었어.A warm scent seeped through the room.
색다르다	to be unusual, novel, different from the usual	오늘은 색다른 걸 먹어 보고 싶어.Today I want to try something different.

벗어나다	to break free from, to get out of a situation	낡은 습관에서 벗어나고 싶어.I want to break free from my old habits.
완벽하다	to be perfect, flawless	남들은 다 완벽해 보이지만 아니야.Everyone else looks perfect, but they aren't.
꾸미다	to decorate, to dress up, to make something look better than it is	사진을 예쁘게 꾸미느라 시간을 다 썼어.I spent all my time making the photos look pretty.
허상	an illusion, an empty image with nothing behind it	화면 속 삶은 대부분 허상이야.The life on the screen is mostly an illusion.
